Classes

If you’re looking to drop some weight, tone up a little or get in a great cross training session our BoxFit class or Boxing Boot Camp is for you. Both technical and cardio aspects will be included in this class. Classes are one hour long and consist of a warm-up (skipping, jogging), a bag and shadow box circuit, followed by plyometrics and calisthenics, and stretching.

Personal Training

Personal training is also offered to the individual who is seeking to improve their level of fitness and, in some cases, to learn the basic skills of boxing. We offer many different fitness services to enable the customer to determine, in conjunction with our head coach, the preferred type of training and level of intensity. Areas that are included are:

  • Circuit training
  • Endurance and stamina training
  • Calisthetics
  • Core strength training
  • Bag drills
  • Plyometrics
  • Lifestyle and nutrition
  • Weight loss
